Delicious Peruvian style rotisserie chicken with lots of other latin options including burritos and sides.
I ordered the 1/4 white chicken with plantains and fried rice. I also tried their spicy green and white sauces.
The food was delicious and you get a really large portion for $12.25 after tax.
I was in and out of the restaurant in 15 minutes and ended up having so much food it kept me full through dinner.
I highly recommend District Rico.
I highly recommend the dark chicken (I ordered 1/4 dark chicken and it’s enough for lunch). It comes with 2 sides you can select. The brisket if good too but expect to wait about 20 min. We 2 people spend about $30. I love the quality here. The fried banana is undercooked though.
District Rico never disappoints. It is a Peruvian chicken place and the meat is always flavorful and succulent. The sauces do not overwhelm the meat but they highlight and compliment the chicken. This place is reliable, fast, cost friendly, and absolutely delicious. I would be beyond devastated if this place ever goes out of business.
It was okay. A bit busy during lunch rush, but cleared out quickly. Seating is kind of close and loud talking neighbors were annoying, especially since we were all so close together. I would go there again, but definitely only for takeout. Food was good and plentiful!
Three of us split a whole chicken cut into 8 pieces and four sides- it was spectacularly tasty and a great price. I’ve never had a drumstick melt off the bone like this one did, with the caramelized beautifully seasoned skin. The rice and beans also slap, and the variety of accompanying sauces kept it interesting throughout the meal. I would have loved a slice of crusty bread or a roll to go with it and soak up some chicken juices, otherwise 10/10 and we will be back!
The chicken prepared in this place is quite delicious I must say but the environment felt really spooky for some unknown reason. Maybe it was just me. I would truly recommend the ordering and walking away but trust me, the chicken and plaintains were amazing. Unfortunately even if you are eating in, you get served in the same take away pack except for addition of the tray of course.
Average place but it doesn't disappoint. Decent food and at a decent price. The sauces are really good though!
Staff provided warm and efficient service.
Food was delicious and comes in generous portion sizes. We enjoyed our chicken nurrito and 1/4 chicken with sides. Sauces for the chicken range from no spice, medium spice and spicy.
